Fishing at the lakes is closed until further notice

You can fish with us daily from dawn until dusk. Our lakes are open for matches and pleasure anglers.

Tickets to be collected from the Banks for all lakes except Doughnut.

Doughnut Lake tickets can be purchased from Reception.

Please note residents are still required to pay for fishing at the park.

OUR FISH

You’ll see a variety of fish in our lakes, including Mirror Carp, Common Carp, Chub, Barbel, F1s, Ide, Perch, Roach and Tench.

Our Lakes

Doughnut Lake
No. of pegs = 10
Our second smallest lake located next to our glamping pods and surrounded by woodland. An extremely relaxing spot, quietly tucked away where you can embrace nature.

Horseshoe Lake
Wild Swimming and Paddle Boarding.
One of our larger lakes. Located in the middle of our park. This lake is the new spot to get yourself in the water for our paddle boarding and wild swim.
A fantastic spot to enjoy the water safely, with a lifeguard on site when the lake is open.

Mallard Lake
No. of pegs = 26
A beautiful lake at a distance from our accommodation dotted with woodland islands. Perfect for fishing and enjoying the day. This is also the lake that we do fishing tournaments on Wednesday and a Sunday.

Main Lake
No. of pegs = Wild spots
Located in the middle of the canal lake and mallard lake, close to our static caravans and luxury lodges. This lake is a beautiful scenic spot for a walk or to sit and fish while taking in the surrounding natural beauty.
There are currently no pegs on this lake, which allows you to pick your own spot and choses where you would like to fish. Pegs will be put in place soon.

Conservation Lake
This lake is not currently open for fishing.
Our smallest lake located in a beautiful, secluded spot, surrounded by fields and woodland. A beautiful spot to wonder and have quiet moment to embrace the natural environment and the wildlife that comes to visit the lake.

Our Fishing Rules

We have 4 Fishing Lakes.

No fish to be killed or removed from the lakes.

Fish must be returned carefully.

Only barbless hooks to be used, max size 12.

Landing nets to be used for all fish.

No keep nets to be used, except in matches.

No meat, floating baits, boilies or hemp to be used.

No braided line to be used.

Health & Safety

1 rod per peg please.
No fishing poles to cross any road or pathway.

No swimming or playing in the lakes.

No night fishing.

No bivvy tents.

Laws & Licenses

All tickets and licenses to be shown upon request.
All bylaws of the Environment Agency to be observed.”
